@kilh It sounds as if you and I are in the same position with pets. My husband says if I bring one home that the population of our home won't change because he will be out the door.

Things are going fine with Tymlos. From what I have heard the cost of it has gone up this year. I'm due to get a refill within the next week but I'm half afraid to order it - the copay I have heard about is generally about $900 now, vs last year it was $560. Granted, once you hit the donut hole it gets reduced considerably but those first few months will be tough.
