@contentandwell It has been a while since I had heard from you. I would love to rescue a dog but we have never had a dog in the house since we lost our St. Bernard of 12 years in 1976. We got him as a puppy. He was such a lap dog. Even a cat but the other half says no. I do not think he wants to get emotionally tied to an indoor pet. I do miss them. Just have to settle with the guard dog and the barn cats. Let me know how you are doing with our old friend Tymlos. Hope you are well as the NewYear has started. KLH

@kilh It sounds as if you and I are in the same position with pets. My husband says if I bring one home that the population of our home won't change because he will be out the door.
Things are going fine with Tymlos. From what I have heard the cost of it has gone up this year. I'm due to get a refill within the next week but I'm half afraid to order it - the copay I have heard about is generally about $900 now, vs last year it was $560. Granted, once you hit the donut hole it gets reduced considerably but those first few months will be tough.
