My parents went fishing every summer for 22 years(I went a few times) stayed at a lodge near Ely. Fished the Canadian border lakes. It is so beautiful up there, no telephone, no TV, and no newspaper just peace and quiet. We would fish from 0800 till 1600 and come in for dinner. When I went it was the most wonderful time with my parents and enjoying nature and the company. My parents both worked all their life in Chicago and lived outside. I never saw much of them growing up, but going fishing with them for ten days(then I was 35) were precious days and great memories. You live in a beautiful area. I miss the lakes and those times. We drove 14 hours to get there. But well worth it. Thanks for bringing back memories of long ago. KLH
