My Dr. Recently switched my anxiety med from Zoloft to Effexor and I’ve been doing postural exercises and my nerve pain has decreased 70%

You'll notice that I modified the title of your discussion to focus on the exercises you've been doing. Can you name or describe the type of postural positions that have been helping you? How often do you do them?

Hi,
I do the "Happy Feet" Foot yoga with Sally McNally on youtube. I can not do everything that she does but I do think my neuropathy is better because of the yoga.
