@dismaydee Thanks, but I had my second TKR in October, 2017. I doubt it will improve at this point.

There is a procedure that can be done to improve flex but it would require PT again, the whole 9 yards and I'm not willing to do that. It would be nice to be able to kneel without holding on so I don't fall forward but it is what it is.

Yes, that is a long time. Sometimes I wonder why there is such a difference in the recovery experience when one does all the exercises expected.
