Anyone been to Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL?

I have day surgery there on the 11th. My daughter, who was to come along, has Covid. This means, I have nobody to bring me to the hotel I am staying in, and the hotel has no shuttle. Is there any service that I can hire that brings me to the hotel? There is all kinds of help in Rochester, but I have never been in Jacksonville, and I don't know what to do?

Holiday Inn Express and suites has a shuttle bus.
