My H Pylori was cured using antibiotics. I also take pantaprazole for Chronic Gastritis and to keep the acid under control. I also had a bleeding ulcer repaired via endoscope. I eat a low acid diet all the time. No booze,soda, lot's of water. No aspirin or Ibuphrofen. Cut out any spicey foods. Good Luck!
