I recently bought 2,000 mg CBD oil and the first dropper put me to sleep in minutes. I got it more to help as a sleep aid when I’m in pain than to help with pain. If you use it often your body adjusts and it doesn’t have the same effect of relaxing you to sleep.
Since I can’t post links, I uploaded a picture. I first started using their CBD salve when I was living in Virginia and the owner of the company was in the organic grocery giving samples. Its the only CBD salve that works for me, although it doesn’t seem to effect my neuropathy but its great for other muscle pains. The tincture is fantastic. I noticed they added a 2,700 version too.
My primary care doctor mentioned that I might benefit from using CBD ointment at night to calm the burning in my legs to allow me to get better sleep. However, when I discussed this with my neurologist, he said it would not be appropriate for me since I'm on blood thinners due to a fib. Has anyone else had this experience?

I find that THC tinctures help me to relax & take my mind off my feet. It’s especially good when watching TV or helping to go to sleep. I enjoy the entourage effect of the THC which allows you to get the most benefits.
Thanks Ellenos. This CBD oil is still very low in CBD. I can get this strength at many sites.
My acupuncturist says I need more like 1800 mg a day! A bottle wouldn’t last long and it would get really expensive fast.
She said she can access higher strengths at a pharmacy, not sure what kind of pharmacy, perhaps an oriental medicine pharmacy. Will wait to see if she has more information when I get home after the holidays.
I like the idea of Diclofenic in cream form. Is this available in England do you know?
Found it on the NHS site - I should have told you that I do need a prescription for it. https://www.nhs.uk/medicines/diclofenac/
It's also marketed under the name Voltaren. Check Amazon if you have it.
Can you tell me where you got the CBD oil at that strength? Can’t find it online. The highest I found is 60 mg per 1 ml.

Thank you, Lloyje1, much appreciated

I've been getting mine for years from StraightHemp https://straighthemp.com/ out of Colorado. I get the 4000mg full spectrum bottle and take .75ml before bed time. Note that they have a 30% discount for seniors over 55. https://straighthemp.com/pages/senior-citizen-discounts
