Hello @leen, I attended the Post Covid program via video (Zoom) after meeting with the doctors at Mayo in Rochester. For me, it was two days of video classes followed by nurse and wellness video visits. I am still working towards finding the right balance, but I am feeling better and am able to do more than I could before.
