Hi @nestletea, Allow me to connect you with fellow members who have experience with endometriosis, like @loren12 @phoenixzip @asegura @airey2 @karenolac @kaitlyn @roch @king75 and who may be able to offer experiences with excision and managing pain until you can have surgery.
Have the pelvic floor exercises and valium suppositories been helping to manage the pain?

The pelvic floor physical therapist had to stop internal manipulation, as it was causing a major flare in pain symptoms. She is focusing on external myofascial releases and biofeedback to strengthen the muscles and hopefully release them. The Valium does seem to be slightly helping the pain level. I am hoping the Botox injections will work!
