Have you tried any stretching exercises for the feet?

I'm not sure there is anything that provide immediate relief for the numbness in the feet. I've liked the small handheld portable massage devices but they really didn't provide much relief and what it did provide didn't last long for me. I do think it really helps to keep your feet moisturized daily with some kind of good skin lotion.
