Yes, this is exactly what is happening to me. I wrote my doctor's name on my arm to show her, while in the exam room with her. Sigh.
This happened to me too! I am now nearly three months after my second COVID booster (Pfizer) and I still get red and have the skin writing condition. Sometime I just touch my skin and it gets red. My ears get really hot too. It used to happen more on my body — toros and legs now it’s migrated upwards and happens on my face. I have to take Zyrtec every day and that really only helps the itching but barely.
Oh my goodness, that’s just awful to have such a reaction. Hopefully some of the members I tagged in my previous post will be able to chime in with some ideas for you until you can get some medical help.
@jackographia has had some relief from steroids and antihistamines after seeking care at urgent care. Have you tried and over the counter antihistamine such as Benadryl or Claritin?
