Thank you….My Dr. says it is my fibromyalgia. I have Lupus also. I just had both knees replaced this year. I was stiff before surgery and I still am after a while of walking.

@bevrust So stiffness is not a new issue, but a very bothersome issue. Have you talked to your doctor about physical therapy to help loosen your muscles? Having had both knees replaced, you certainly don’t want the muscles around them to stiffen! Please call your doctor.
Will you be able to drive to therapy of do you have someone who can help you? Please let me know!
