I am just basically managing them, and since this is a busy season, I’ve been doing a lot of baking and running around. I take naproxen and Tylenol for the pain. And I rest when I need to. I did send a message to my PCP to see if he can get me in to some kind of rehab or something for the pain. I will keep you updated thank you for your concern. And you have a very merry Christmas
