My latest chromosome test was 493 (!). Right now I’m also dealing with IBS, a UTI and a yeast infection. This is truly discouraging.

Oh, dbmenger, this sounds terribly discouraging. Have you got medication to help clear the UTI and yeast infection? Do they further upset the digestive system?
