Evenity is not a biphosphanate. It mainly grows bone, but suppresses turnover at a rate less than the biphosphanates or Prolia. Evvenity works by suppressing sclerostin. (For that matter, Prolia is not a biphosphanate either.) The danger of losing your teeth is very very very small with Evenity. The danger of fracture may be high, at least for some. You take it for a year and it turbocharges bone growth.
