It is a guy thing Ginger 😁 I sold the mower deck and got a zero turn Ariens for my back yard and just leave the tractor up above for clearing my driveway. I had to pay the dealer to take it off in the fall and put the blower on and repeat in the spring so a few years paid for the mower. I bought the quick disconnect JD thinking it was easy, it isn't as easy as it sounds.

@johnbishop. @artist01, @gingerw, and all...Hello, everyone. All my cold, shivering, tough, hardworking friends...I have renewed admiration for each of you. Living in the Pacific NW and NE are amazing. I could not survive the weather. Cold huts my entire body. I can't drive or walk in snow and ice. I realized I'm truly a flat-lander with sand between my toes.
Mom and I made the right decision, to stay in FL. Mom owned a lovely home in Blowing Rock, NC. We loved it, wrap around deck overlooking the valley to Grandfather's Mountain. So wonderful we would have loved sharing that home, but God had His hand in that decision.
I've been stronger and spent time cleaning and filling feeders. I've seen several new birds as my regulars get used to having a welcome mat out. Love being a Southern girl on the migration route. Send them my way, please. I'll keep you in touch with them all. They're coming back to me. Full house today. Lots of fun.
It was in the 70's today and tomorrow, too. Night in 50's. Have some chilly air coming my way, but just chilly. Expect some rain soon and need it!
Will chat later. Turning over to sleep. Doc thinks I may have bronchitis, but will see him next week. Not covid!
