It sounds like you need caring guidance from a physician or psychiatrist. I hope your current doctor can provide that for you since I know how hard it would be to find a new doctor under the circumstances. You need a plan.

Forgive if you explained this in your first post. I just want to be clear. Are you on any anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication right now?
