But you cannot take CBD orally if you are on Xarelto (or other blood thinners), according to everything I've Googled and read. I wish I could take it for back pain, but I'm afraid not, according to everything I've read (from Googling, etc.) and heard from my cardiologist and PCP. Bummer.

I would do some further checking. My wife takes eliquis for blood thinner due to post AFIB. I have had heart surgery and my Cardiologists UCHealth at the hospital in Colorado Sptings and my PCP are all fine with the capsules. Frankly, when you take it sublingually which I did for some time, the initial impact is to the brain because that is where the nerves under your tongue go. You swallow a decent amount so the only difference would be where the capsules are digested. What I can tell you is what my body experiences and that is within minutes I am receiving relief from my spasms and pain - this quickly - I take 6, 25mg capsules sitting with my legs over the side of the bed and by the time I am lying down, I can feel the relaxation beginning. Same thing when I wake up several hours later due to the CBD wearing off and take 4-6 more capsules. Lay back down and say, Thank you, Jesus.
