I found so much conflicting information online when I started to research, I just asked my doctor what he recommended since he was already aware of all my health conditions. To start, he suggested limited my combined daily carb and sugar intake to 60 grams max, and that’s all I have done to date. I am now started to incorporate 10 min. of yoga as my daily exercise, hoping it will help improve mobility and decrease my joint pain enough where I can start walking short distances.

Surprisingly after the fact, I did find some good Keto basics on WebMD, which also advised asking your doctor what works best for you. Here’s the link: http://related.webmd.com/search.cfm-keto-diet-for-beginners
