As you can see from reading the posts there are many members with gastrointestinal problems. Even with the same diagnosis, an illness presents in different ways.
It is comforting for me to see I’m not alone - we learn from each other.
Have you had any testing done for your history of diarrhea and fecal incontinence? How old are you and do you have other health problems?

I am 74. I have dealt with IBS or so they thought for years. This all started with a bad case of bronchitis where I was put on antibiotics for weeks, that resulted in my getting c-diif with terrible diarrhea.
After that I have been experiencing acute colitis randomly. I have had a CT of the abdomen which showed a pancreatic cyst. I have had a US upper endoscopy where biopsy was done, the Gastro oncologist said we will just watch the cyst and do an MRI every 2 yrs
I was just at my Gastro’s office yesterday and we are increasing my Welchol to 2 tabs 2 times daily, also new blood work will be done, a VIP test for the pancreatic cyst
It just gets so discouraging!
