Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

In June, August, and September of this year, I had 3 mild strokes. After the first one, I started having internal vibrations. It feels like my whole upper body is violently shaking but there is no visible shaking. It usually only happens upon waking up, and at first, it was only every once in a while. Lately, it's been happening more often, I've woken up to these vibrations 5 times in the last week, and it happened twice last night. I've mentioned it to the doctors/nurses while I've been in the hospital, but no one has any answers as to why this is happening. I keep forgetting to bring it up to my neurologist, but will be doing that at my next appointment.
Does anyone have any tips on how to at least slow them down...not have them as often?

You can try accupunture treatment, it helps a lot, I've done 5times accupuncture and my pain on my body gone. Also for mild strokes people, i've seen lots of improvement to improve blood circulation helps to walking and do body movement again, evne pain and vibration like. May you get well soon.

And check your potassium level, spasm maybe caused by low level potassium. And check with your neurologist if you have B deficiency or not.

Hello! I began having internal vibrations about 4 years ago. Because my doctor could not provide a diagnoses it was very frustrating. I had a thyroid biopsy, a Brain MRI, an EMG and 7-8 blood draws.

My symptoms began slowly, every few weeks but after about one year have became 24/7. Two things I have noticed is it seems to “cycle.” I can have several days where I am literally shaking heavily, but only inside (say an 8-10, 10 being worse). Then it drops off to a 4-5. I have also noticed that when I wake suddenly at night it peaks and is often worse at night.

I experience the internal shaking primarily in my torso. Very scary because it is around the heart. I also have it in my cheeks, chin and lips, my ankles and feet. Nothing in my arms or most of legs.

There is no doubt I have lived with severe stress for many, many years And have suffered from chronic insomnia for most of my life.

Pain medication (I take tramadol, 6 50mg per day) and am taking temazapam for my insomnia. But the Temezapam is also very effective in calming down the “storm.” It has been very difficult communicating this to my current doctor.

I have spent the past year learning to tell when I am tense (shoulders, clenched stomach etc.) and finding my own way to naturally relax my body. And calming m mind. When it is bad I can now sense that my brain feels haywire as well so I do some focusing techniques.

I am 99% sure ADRENALINE is a huge factor. I do not know how adrenaline and the nervous system work together.

It was such a relief to find a group of people who have my systems after so many years.

On a side note I also sometimes feel like my cheeks are freezing up. I do not know if this is related or not.

Thank you!!
