@user_ch98d0b5c and @scruffy1, Page numbers exist on a discussion when there are more posts than fit on one page like in this other discussion on Spinal Cord Stimulation - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/spinal-cord-stimulation-2/ The page numbers are at the bottom of the discussion description when you scroll to the top of the page.
