@help4meandu Have you tried writing down your worries, either at bedtime or when you awake at 4 a.m.? Getting those worries out of your immediate mind, and perhaps allowing you a chance to rest again. Are you able to adjust your bed time/time to get up, to accommodate this rush of worries? Just a thought of what you might try. I try to write down my worries ahead of resting. for me, that simply open space for other things to go barreling in, but then again, that's just me!

I haven’t tried writing them down as I’m afraid if I turn light on it will eliminate any chance of going back to sleep. I do go to bed early and usually up at least once in night when I take anti anxiety medicine. Even if I manage 7 hrs I don’t feel rested due to disruptions and medicated sleep. Also have cats that want to sleep with me or meow.
