Hi my name is Joe and I am a 73 polynesian male with no prior major medical history. However, recently my lower leg (below my knee) started to hurt. It feel like a nerve problem. I never had an injuries or surguries, minor or major on my body. Therefore, I worried that somehing, as related to health is happening and I cannot pinpoint the causes. I need some information concerning a pain.

Have you seen a doctor for a good physical, to determine whether there is anything lurking that could become a serious problem? That is Step 1 in figuring out what is going on. If you get a "clean bill of health" then you can work on figuring out whether it is muscle, tendon, joint or nerve issue.

In the meanwhile, can you describe the pain a little? Sharp, burning, ache, "pins & needles"... When does it happen? During exertion, when trying to rest, when twisting or turning?
