Has anyone had a problem with diarrhea after starting protocol 525. If so, how did you deal with it?

@bwin11 You might try searching the Facebook group to verify this but I seem to remember a few members of the group reporting diarrhea due to the R-ALA. I thnk it may have been due to the member not doing the ramp-up of R-ALA when starting to allow the body to adjust to the high amount of R-ALA.
