Sounds like the same thing I'm experiencing. Let me ask, do you also feel like massive anxiety out of nowhere with the internal vibrations/ tremors? I really have it bad and never experienced anything like any of this before.

Hi ! Sounds like me too. I understand how you feel because I’m suffering with the internal tremors too, brain fog really bad, palpitations etc. my gastroenterologist said it’s anxiety! I couldn’t believe she said that. Who do you see for internal tremors? Mine have gotten so bad that I don’t sleep at night.
