I looked at your audiograms. I have a similar problem. Over time here is what I learned: make sure you are seeing a licensed audiologist, get hearing protection plugs if you have loud exposure, keep all of your audiograms, move close to the person you need to hear, see your audiologist on a regular basis, and get away from the tv and do some fun things to distract yourself from the tinnitus.
