@retired123 and all,,,Oh, my, I apologize. MM is medical marijuana...it's tough to type that all out each time so I cheat a bit and go with MM. Tincture is medical marijuana tincure I get from the local distributor that's 1:, THC:CBD. I use a dropper full of the tincture under my tongue for 30 seconds about an hour before going to bed. It is very helpful for anxiety, insomnia, pain reduction, and such. I'm able to actually get a good night;s sleep now due in great part to the use of the tincture. I also bought a lotion from the same marijuana distributer that's the same mixture of the two main ingredients in medical marijuanal Itnreaooy helps me a lot with reduction in arthritic pain in my hands and feet, i just stumbled on using it for a shingles like painful, itchy, burning red rash. It worked instantly to stop all discomfort and healed the rash in a week or so.
