Good evening @retired123. I can say yes to your question. I took Benedryl for neuropathic itch. Although it didn't come on like gangbusters for the rather traumatic itching, it did help me rest, aka take naps and sleep.

What neuropathy symptoms do you need help with right now?

I take Benadryl at night as it does help me sleep, along with Gabapentin. I take 10 mL of children’s liquid, when my itching is most intense as it’s fast acting and I’m a lightweight when it comes to meds.
