Yes, I’ve been seen by my PCP couple times. ER couple times.
I’m being refer to cardiologist in December for evaluation.
At what stage does post covid recovery start?
Thank you so much for advice and help!!

Yes there is post Covid help. First of all ... you need an oxygen concentrator at home. It is easy to use. Even if the saturation is good, in the evening it is necessary to take oxygen. Then there is a respiratory protocol in which purity certified oils are used / 100 /. When you use them you will feel that you are reborn, that the air is so fresh ... Everything is at your choice.

I’m not really sure there’s a definitive start date for post covid recovery. The “normal” recovery time seems to be up to 6 weeks with the lingering cough. But as you know, there are thousands of people having side effects way longer. It’s discouraging and frustrating to both the patients and the medical community.

It’s a relief to hear your PCP is being proactive and not dismissing your symptoms. That doesn’t seem to be the case with everyone. It’s also encouraging to see you’re at least improving, albeit slowly.

What are you about to do daily as far as walking and eating? If you’re not feeling well, I can’t imagine your able to keep up a healthy diet. Do you get enough water during the day? Have you had blood tests to check your iron level and hemoglobin. Some of those symptoms can be from low iron and dehydration.
