I use the Innospire Go by Phillips. It’s a mesh nebulizer with no tubing or anything disposable. It is basically silent (a big deal for me with already damaged hearing!).
Only the mouthpiece needs to be cleaned and it can be boiled or steamed. Never in the microwave!
