@bcool123 - Each of us are different so I can only share my experience with the Protocol 525. It has helped me slow or possibly stop the progression of my neuropathy. I have more feeling in my feet than I did when I started using the supplements in 2016 that were combined into the Protocol 525 product and my neuropathy has not gotten any worse. My feet still feel cold at times but I do what I can to warm them up and protect them as much as I can.
The Protocol 525 FAQs statement on how much water you should drink with the 525 -- "...We recommend that 80 to 100 ounces of water be consumed when using The Protocol 525 so the body can not only properly absorb the additional nutrients being offered to it, but discard the unneeded excess through natural processing in the kidneys. Hydrated cells and organs operate at their best, and that is the condition that we strive to achieve." -- https://theprotocol525.com/faq/. Here are a couple of more sites on the topic:

Everyone should eat a healthy diet, protocol or no protocol. 🙂 I try to avoid sugar and alcohol because they definitely do not help if you have neuropathy. Here's some good information from the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy - https://www.foundationforpn.org/living-well/lifestyle/nutrition/
I really try to drink a minimum of 64 oz of water daily in addition to coffee, tea or other liquids I drink during the day. Sometimes I get it done and sometimes I fall short but get up the next day and try it again. I think hydration is really important for everyone.
Good luck on whatever you decide and hope you find some relief!
