Hello @maslowth and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I see that this is your first post on Connect. I can certainly understand that you would like to have some answers and a diagnosis so that a treatment plan can be in place. On Connect, however, we are not medical professionals, but patients like you who share experiences and offer support.
If this were me, I would certainly seek out a second opinion. It would probably be best to visit a multi-disciplinary health care center like a university medical facility or a place like Mayo Clinic. In these facilities, there is a lot of research and therefore, they are better able to deal with hard-to-diagnose problems.
If you are comfortable sharing more, @maslowth, what symptoms are bothering you now?
My inshurance is blue shield hmo and won't cover mayo. If u know how much they charge if pay cash. My symptoms start after covid I have never bleeding before but after get covid I start bleeding and pain and I went for chest CT than found thickening bowl lining illium and rectal wall thinking

I appreciate your sharing the additional information, @maslowth. Here is a link with information about paying for Mayo visits if you don't have insurance, https://www.mayoclinic.org/patient-visitor-guide/billing-insurance/insurance/uninsured-patients. You can also call the Mayo facility nearest you to talk about financial assistance.
Also, you might consider talking with your HMO to see who you could consult for a second opinion. It sounds like you do need to see a GI specialist.
As you state that your problems began after having COVID you might even inquire of your HMO if they can refer you to a clinic that deals with post-COVID health issues.
I would also like you to read a discussion on Connect with others who have had post-COVID problems. Here is the link,

Please post again and let me know how you are doing in finding an answer to this perplexing problem.
You need to see a gi specialist. Even if your insurance doesn’t cover mayo sometimes there is ways around it. They also have other financial assistance. Call mayos financial office. They will be able to help you. Also your hmo should have put
Of network care. I have went to mayo a few times when my insurance wasn’t covered you sometimes just need a prior authorization and there are other ways to get around it. Call mayo they can help.
Your HMO must be able to provide GI services and since you have been scoped there they have GI docs. I presume you were given follow up instructions after you received the results? Call your PCP at your HMO who is your gait keeper for your care, this is how HMO’s are setup.
