Hello Nancy @nancyleech3333, Welcome to Connect. I see this is your first post but you've been a member of Connect since 2019. Neuropathy can be such a discouraging diagnosis since there is a lot of people/products out there trying to get money from you with promises of help which may or may not be true so you really have to do your homework and research on each and every one of them. You might also find the information on the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy helpful on complementary and integrative therapies - https://www.foundationforpn.org/living-well/integrative-therapies/
It also really helps to stay positive and take each day one at a time doing the best you can. What can really help is learning as much as you can about your condition and what options may be helpful. Do you have any hobbies or things you like to do to take your mind off of your worries about neuropathy?
