I have same question. When does it stop being so stiff and like it weighs 1000 lbs.?
I am in week 4. Down to one half Tramadol a day, about 4 Tylenol and 2 Advil. Still pain but just want to get off the Tramadol. It does help tho’.
So unsure of what is best.
Therapy going slow. Dread the exercises but do them twice a day as I must. Just don’t see much improvement.
Advil does help more than Tylenol but then stomach issues and retain fluids so not good for the swelling.
Not liking any of this.
