Watch for the release of 177Lu-PSMA-617 expected in first quarter 2022. It may provide an additional treatment. My oncologist is watching it closely. My PSA has gone ftom 541 down to as low as 5.5 now it is back to 264.2. I have used bicalutamide, lupron every six months, radiation (44 doses), zoledronic acid (every three months), and enzalutamide. I am about to start radium 223 treatment.. l have not t used docetaxel but may in the future. We are watching 177Lu-PSMA-617 as a possible treatment in the future. You may want to talk to your doctor about it.
