I agree with you. I had 2 hip replacement surgery and the knee replacement surgery was painful but you have to keep moving and do your physical therapy exercise every day.

Good evening @debra145. I just want to thank you for reinforcing the need to " keep moving and do your physical therapy exercises every day." That is so true and so important.
