Detectable PSA 9 years post prostatectomy
After prostate removal 9 yrs ago and undetectable reports thereafter, I'm getting a 0.017, 0.017, now recently a 0.018. How should I view this change? Big deal, small deal??

It's a small change and not something to panic over.
It can vary for a number of reasons unrelated to prostate cancer. Just keep an intermittent eye on it.
