As John said, Mayo Clinic does not take patients with out-of-state Medicaid. However, Mayo Clinic does have a list of providers that can consult with Mayo doctors. These health care facilities are referred to as Mayo Clinic Care Network Members. Here is a link to those providers,

If you look at the list you will see that there is a health care center in Kentucky. You might consider giving that facility a call to see if a gastroenterologist there can see you.

You don't mention what type of gastric problems you are having. Would you be comfortable sharing more about this? If so, I might be able to connect you with other Connect members who have the same type of problem.
