Blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries are all highly acidic. I only eat those in a smoothie with almond milk to neutralize the acid. I'm also on 40mg pantaprazole 1/2 hr before supper. I'm going to ask my new GI doc if everything looks good at my next EGD if I can go off it.

Good luck going off pantaprazole. I take it in the morning one hour after my synthroid, then wait another hour before eating. I was told I cold cut it to a half hour for each hour, but when I can give it the full hour, I do.
