Hello ~ I'm dealing with Small Fiber Neuropathy with the usual complaints. Biggest complaint I need help with is stiff/tight ankles and foot arches. I've tried about everything (exercise, meds, etc.) but no relief. Can anyone share some "magic" to help with this? Thank you.

Hello @retired123, You mentioned you have tried exercise. I'm thinking that this might not have anything to do with small fiber neuropathy. I also have degenerative arthritis and when I had my right knee replacement they gave me some specific exercises for the ankles and feet, including doing ankle circles shown in the following article.
