Shoulder pain 5 years after replacement

I had a full reverse shoulder replacement about three years ago and the pain is now back to what it was before I started. What a waste of time & money to achieve noting. I suppose I am going to just live with it. I am open for suggestions though. Feel free.

I had reverse shoulder replacement 19 months ago. Pain worse than prior to surgery especially for sleep. ray indicates replacement is good. Definitely soft tissue/nerve pain. I am now trying acupuncture 🤞Wish I never had this surgery. Had problems with this shoulder after rotator cuff and severe scar tissue now worse

My right shoulder was replaced 10 years ago and without issues. Five years ago, I had a reversal replacement due to a mountain bike crash. I have now had pain in the shoulder worse than before the first surgery. Waiting for the VA to outsource my care to the community. Until then I am in a lot of pain in that shoulder they can't explain. HELP.
