Buttock/tailbone pain, sitting or lying down - symptom of PMR?

Thank you. I actually went to my orthopedist thinking it might be related. Had an MRI and nothing found. Later read an article that listed buttock pain as a PMR symptom. Just wondered if others have this problem. Not sure what to do from here except stand up more often and move around.

I think you may be right 🙃 Keep moving is my PMR motto...just not too fast or hard.

Prior to my diagnosis I had been having sore sit bones for the previous year. Mentioned it to my primary care and she thought it could bursitis. Maybe that was a precursor to being diagnosed with PMR🤷🏻‍♀️.
Haven’t noticed it recently while being on prednisone.
