My impression is that is a result of the heart’s inability to “ flush” the fluid back in the legs. The reverse pathways are no longer working. The symptoms are generally not reversible; they are manageable. Leg massages help, and the daily use order a pneumatic machine is advised.

Maybe because received radiation as a child for unknown reason.
