Hi!!!! Here I am. Fighting, I have more hope now that in the beginning.
A big goal to share is that I managed to go without pornography for 15 days straight. I have fallen, but I manage to get up faster.
With depression in general I am doing better. I changed house and partners, this has meant some adaptation. And the person I talked to who was my confidant left the country, that part is costing me a lot because we understood each other very well and it was very easy to talk. But I hope that God will show me who can be my ally in this this path.

I've been thinking about you, I hope that you are still finding support as you seek to have hope and help as you deal with addiction to pornography.
As the holidays approach, often people with addictions face more stress for numerous reasons. Please be aware that this is a normal response to folks who are addicted.
Please feel free to share how you are doing. Are the approaching holidays, adding stress to the process of dealing with this addiction?

It is so good to hear from you. It sounds as if you are making progress at a good pace. Any recovery program is a process and you seem to be working through this process well. I'm really pleased for you!
While you have had a good deal of changes in your life you have met with them and have adapted. That is very good.
