In regards to the question about driving with neuropathy, I have had hand controls installed in my car. Truly a life saver.

I see how the hand controls help with the driving but once your feet hit the ground how do you manage getting around? Driving to my destination is once thing but how do I manage once I'm there? I'm out of ideas. Thanks.
