Hi @bozaboza12 Ah, the ever complex female plumbing… Having unpredictable periods is frustrating for sure. Is this something relatively new for you? Have your cycles always been irregular?

I have to ask, are you possibly entering peri-menopause? That can happen anytime in our 40s. Or any change in our hormone levels can effect our periods at any age.

I started having issues in my late 30s when my ‘like clockwork’ periods came every 21 days instead of 28. They were lighter but lasted longer! My patience wore thin!

Might be time for a checkup and a blood test to check your hormone levels. When’s the last time you had a visit with your gynecologist?
