What have you tried for nausea? I too, have chronic nausea and it’s just awful, to say the least! I could suggest some
things to try as I have had them all, nearly.
I am so sorry for your loss. That makes everything tougher to deal with. Let me know if I can help.

Hi Clutch, I have prescription Zofran but I am only allowed two 4 mg tablets a day so I try to rough it out. I drink chamomile tea unsweetened or ginger tea unsweetened. Coke syrup helps and sometimes even a swallow or two of flat Coca Cola although I haven't had a soft drink in years. I had some seasick gum I tried for a while which didn't offer much help and I got that fancy honey from New Zealand which was nice but not effective. Pepcid (20 mg) a day helps somewhat. Applesauce is a stand by. I don't know what else there is and would welcome your suggestions.

I purchased a Gut Health test kit & learned from it’s report what bacteria were out of wack. One bacteria indicated I needed to make a higher priority out of dental hygiene, so I am using my dentist’s prescription toothpaste & flossing more religiously.

The test results helped guide me on what foods to include in my meals to rebalance. I don’t know if it is the placebo effect or not, an apple a day, etc. seems to help, my nausea has thankfully been tamed.
