Hello, I'm not quite sure if you have a question, but you might want to inquire here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/getting-off-of-seroquel where others are using these meds.

Hi Sue, I had surgery 5 years ago and after I woke up my colon never did. I’m looking to connect with someone or a group of folks who may have had this experience.
It will not be known if it was the surgery itself or hours under anesthesia and I don’t care just need someone to talk too.
I live on massive regimens of laxatives which my gastrointestinal is fully aware of. I chose after 2 years of testing to refuse getting a total colectomy.
Recently my gastrointestinal is fully and pcp want me to go to Mayo to just see if possibly something may have been missed. I live in Georgia and Gastro says Minnesota and pcp says Florida.
It won’t matter to me but I’m so tired of having not one person to share this with that is going through the same.
I have to believe I’m not the only one. Hope you see this.
Thank you,
Joanne
Don’t want to ask for a diagnosis just want a friend and suggestions they may have tried cause I’ve tried it all.
